MORALNI MODEL KAO JEDAN OD MODELA VOĐENJA U OBRAZOVANJU U PRIVATNIM VISOKOŠKOLSKIM USTANOVAMA TRANZICIJSKOG OKRUŽENJA

SAŽETAK
Teorijski modeli menadžmenta i vođenja u obrazovanju predstavljaju dobru polaznu platformu u realizaciji kvalitetne prakse obrazovnih menadžera, osobito u privatnim visokoškolskim ustanovama. Prethodno istraživanje imalo je za cilj odgovoriti kako primjenom teorijskih modela menadžmenta i vođenja u obrazovanju postići optimalne rezultate u unaprjeđenju obrazovne prakse privatne visokoškolske ustanove u tranzicijskom okruženju. Prije nastavka šireg istraživanja izvršena je analiza određenih rezultata istraživanja, prema stupnju zastupljenosti teorijskih modela u praksi privatnih visokoškolskih ustanova. Dva najviše rangirana modela su formalni i moralni model. S obzirom na globalnu krizu morala kao predmet istraživanja je odabran moralni model vođenja u obrazovanju u specifičnoj okolini. Istraživanje je pokazalo da sudionici obrazovnog procesa u istraživanoj ustanovi dijele pozitivan stav i uvažavanje standardnih moralnih vrijednosti.

MORAL MODEL IN EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN THE PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN TRANSITIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Summary
Theoretical models of management and leadership in education represent a good starting platform in the implementation of quality educational practice managers, especially in private higher education institutions. The purpose of the previous research was to respond how to achieve optimal results in improving educational practices of private higher education institutions in the transitional environment by the application of theoretical models of management and leadership in education. Before proceeding with the wider research, the analysis of some earlier research results was carried
out, according to the level of representation of theoretical models in practice of private higher education institutions. The two highest ranked models are formal and moral model. Due to the global moral crisis, the moral model of leadership in education in a specific environment was selected as the subject of research. Research shows that participants of the educational process in the researched institution share a positive attitude and respect for standard/common moral values.
