MENADŽMENT PRODAJE USLUGA OSIGURANJA

SAŽETAK

Pošto je osiguranje, kao gospodarska grana, specifično u smislu svojih proizvoda i usluga tako je specifičan i poseban pristup menadžmentu prodaje osiguravajućih proizvoda. Uvije je aktualno i prisutno pitanje koju strukturu prodaje i preko kojih organizacijskih cjelina je najefikasnije približiti se i prodati svoje proizvode osiguranicima. U jednom pitanu postoji suglasnost a to je da je prodaja osiguravajućih proizvoda pokretač rasta i razvoja osiguravajućih kompanija. Drugo pitanje u kome postoji suglasnost je da ima više pristupa-pogleda kada je odabir kanala prodaje osiguranja. Znači, osiguravajuće društvo vrijedi onoliko koliko vrijedi njegova prodajna mreža, i svi kanali prodaje uvijek su aktualni.

SUMMARY

As the insurance industry as well, especially in terms of their products and services so specific and special approach to management of insurance product sales. Wrapped it’s hot and on the question that the sales structure and through which the organizational unit is the most efficient approach and sell their products to policyholders. In one asked the consent of that is that the sale of insurance products an engine of growth and development of the insurance companies. Another issue in which there is agreement is that there is more access-view when choosing insurance sales channels. So, the insurance company only as valuable as its sales network, and all sales channels are always current.
